However, if you feel that we have failed to do so in any way, do feel free to demand a refund within 1 hour after purchasing any physical product . By requesting a refund, you agree to give us a chance to help you first. If we fail to help, you get your money back.
How to get refund
- Get your order ID. You can get them in the ‘orders‘ section of your Billing Dashboard or In Your Order Email Sent by us. For example- #7060
- Fill out the form in this page below with valid causes.
- The refund will be processed after we have completed evaluating your return.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Supplier in term of physical products. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
- Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.
- For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective.
- If online payment is made once more due to technical error, payment refund will be made.
- You will receive a refund anytime between 3 months. If you don’t receive refund within this time, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall investigate.
You will not get refund for downloadable products ( audiobook,& ebook )
You may not get refund if:
- we do not consider your reasons honest or eligible enough
- we find out that you are trying to abuse the refund-feature by any means
